Verification by DNS record or file. You get a dedicated report address for the domain.
- 02Monitor
With p=none and our report address, Google, Microsoft and others report daily who sends with your domain. Delivery does not change.
- 03Fix senders
igs.ch recognises Microsoft 365, newsletter services, accounting software and your own servers, and shows for each sender what is missing in SPF and DKIM.
- 04Protect
Once all legitimate senders are clean, tighten the policy via p=quarantine to p=reject. Spoofed emails are rejected.
Tasks for external parties
Your IT provider does the work. igs.ch makes sure it gets finished.
- 1Finding
igs.ch detects which service is not set up correctly and automatically creates a task with instructions and ready-made records.
- 2Pass on
With one click a personal link goes to your IT provider or agency. They need no igs.ch login of their own, see only this task, can reply, send files and report «completed».
- 3Confirmed
Deadline, reminder and escalation run automatically. A task only counts as resolved once the mailbox providers' reports show it.

No XML files or IP lists: you see services and servers with a clear status – clean, partial, failing, unknown or spoofed.
